The stuff I see now is just: "Well that was weird, maybe im just hallucinating" . While even now, just thinking about the Three Protectors, I dont think I could make myself beleive that they werent real. I might intellectually accept the theory that they werent real, but I could never make myself believe it.
Shippo: I got hit in the face with a soccer ball once. It made half of my head go completely numb. Back then I always was quiet and never said anything, but that time I was all like:
"AAAAAAAHHHH, I CANT FEEL MY HEAD!!!!!!!"
And then they were all like "Are you alright?"
And so I was all like "IF I WAS ALLRIGHT WOULD I BE SCREAMING?!?!?!"
And then this girl was like "It wasnt my fault I-"
And then I was all like "I DONT CARE WHOS &%@&ING FAULT IT IS! ALL I KNOW IS I CANT FEEL MY $&%#ING HEAD!!!!!!!
Sorry about that, its just a memory I havent forgotten.

;D My favourite game for gym is Dr. Dodgeball. I have this thing where it's all like something out of the Matrix, and I'll move like out of nowhere, unconciously, and the ball goes swooping by. It happens tons of times every game. This one time I was standing and talking with a friend, not really paying attention in the least, when I suddenly told him to step back. He didn't and then I pushed him back and ducked simutaniously, and it was all 'Woah. There's a ball heading straight for my head, but I moved, so it didn't hit me.' The guy who threw the ball has this like... Problem with people shorter than him. And when he throws, he doesn't just toss. He like... Shoots the ball. Once in France, we were playing dodgeball and I ended up doing the splits to avoid one. It hurt somewhat.

I did something like that once. I was sitting on the sidelines of a voleyball game resting with my eyes closed. Then out of nowhere, I opened my eyes and moved my head out of the way just in time for the volleyball to miss me, then I moved back. But I moved just for the split second whern the ball hit, and I did it so quickly that no one saw me move.
On a different topic, I think there's a ghost haunting my child Care class. I was helping my preschool partner today and Igot this urge to turn around. I lookedover just in time to se this black-haired boy jump off the bottom row of cubbies and run. i looked toward the door to watch him leave, so I could be sure he didn't fall and hurt himself, but I never saw him leave. I looked for him, but there are no kids that look like him in our class. Plus, all the kd's things were messed up, kids had other kids luch boxs, art projects traveled between cubbies, all sorts of odd things.

Wow... that is so cool. Or horrible, if its like, killing stuff, but thats still weird!
One time in my old school. It was lunch and it started raining really hard. Then it started lighteninging and thundering and it was like the very earth was shaking.
So then I looked out a window towards my forest and there were all these huge birds with pointed tails flying over top the forest. They were amazing.

I love thunder storms... So much energy just shooting around! It's like watching a disco ball reflect random colourful lights!

Anyone else ever done a lightning dance? I did once, I actually made it up as I went, just making the motions that FELT right. It was like I was really controlling the lightning.

I do those all the time! Sometimes I can get my brother or sister to join me, and we basically twirl around in circles and skipping and waving our arms about in different patterns. Fun!

Wearing copper armor and chanting 'ALL GODS ARE STUPID!!'? One of my friends actually did that once... And then she slipped and fell and twisted her ankle, and couldn't walk on it for like a week.

Well, I searched the remnants of my forest up and down today (In fact I just got back a few moments ago) and I felt absolutely nothing. The only thing that I could perhaps feel was the familiarity and wisdom of the trees around me. But there was little to no trace of the forest spirit. You have to walk for like, hours before you dont see houses on either side of you now.

((Although she didn't actually wear copper armor, she just carried an old umbrella...)) Maybe the forest spirit didn't need to be there as much anymore? Perhaps it has allready told you all it needs to know? I've never had an experiance quite like yours myself, so it's a bit more difficult to figure things out...

Well... I dont think that I can say anything for sure. I know the facts of what I saw, and I can speculate all I want but I cant say anything for sure.
But im still going to say what I think happened. The forest spirit (Three Protectors) knew that it might die. When I came, it took me for a threat, so it gave me a warning. When it saw how much the warning had affected me, it deeply touched it because not many people could feel its presence at all. When it saw how I kept coming back for more every time it sent me packing, that touched it even more.
That day when I saw the little gnome man, it was like it was selling the land to these strange people before it died. My presence seemed to greatly help it that day somehow.
So the humans plowed through the Three Protectors field and its body died. These strange disappearing people own the land now, and they do not seem to care much about my presence. And im afraid that to me, they seem little different from regular people. Not spirits, not humans and not interesting.

Interesting... You're sure the Spirit died?

Post by silverwolf on Oct 31, 2005 21:44:48 GMT -5
Nono, NOT interesting. Kidding, kidding. I have a kinda similar experience with my forest, so, yeh, that seems about right to me.
Of course she hasn't died, but she is weakening slowly, and apears to be putting up defenses, even to prevent me from coming into the woods....It makes me sad.
But Rehiro, do you happen to know anything more about these not-humans? I know you don't think that they're interesting, but prehaps you've picked up a few more details about them?

Post by Rehiro on Nov 1, 2005 17:48:02 GMT -5
No... I cant be sure that its dead. I cant really be sure of anything.
And as for the non-humans. You see them from far away, and they look huge and motionless and tree-like. But when you come close, they just look like normal people. Then they look at you, walk into a ditch or something and disappear.
I've seen them walk into the streets. So ya know what that means? They walk around in the streets amongst humans! Thats wierd.
They usually seem kind of dark of skin. The little gnome man, to me, seemed to posess great presence. He even got to stand in the Three Protectors field. A privalidge not even I was given. The gnome man felt important. These others dont. They're the same kind of people though, I think.
They just dont care what I do. They dont get mad when I break up their meetings. They dont try and get my attention usually. It feels kind of insulting.
But Silverwolf, is this forest spirit of yours the thing that you didnt want to talk about? Because if you dont feel that you should, then you shouldnt, and im willing to talk about all of my experiences in as much detail as I can if it will help you in any way. But if you dont mind talking about it, then that forest sounds very interesting.

Actually, I don't mind talking about the forest spirit, it's my guardian that I'm reluctant to share about.
But, thanks for the information. Your not-humans intrigue me...

That happens to me on a fairly regular basis actually. People where something is either slightly or blatently amiss. A couple weeks ago I was rummaging through my bag and I glanced up and this guy brushed past me, but he had NO face! It was this weird swirling mist. I'm sure I'm the only one who saw it though.

Well... when you see them it just seems normal. Then when they split up and disappear when you get close, you just think 'well thats rude' and then later, when you realize that thats not normal. It just feels like you might have imagined it. They only hang out near where the Three Protectors used to live. Only a little off from where the human houses are. They dont hang out in the remnants of the forest.
The ones that dont look human, are so cliche'd. They're like gnomes and elves.
But Silverwolf, can you share your experiences with your forest spirit?

Heh, I don't have anything solid, I just feel her presence. It's like she knew I wasn't a threat to her home when I first went down there. Or do you mean recently? Now that she's become defensive?
Also, I'm just saying that the spirit is female because I think it is. I've always gotten a rather motherly feel from the area. Buttt, I could be wrong.

Hey guesssssss what guys? I think I had a spiritual experience today. I went to the very end of the forest. Which is just about the only place that you cant see houses on either side. The end of the forest is a farmers field. Im not exactly sure how far the original forest went. I think it went around it. The remnants of it now are just a little thing to the side. But when I came back I couldnt see houses on either side. I walked a really long time and I saw the marking points of things that showed me the way back. But when I got to the end. I was where I started. I tried walking around the outside of the field. It started to rain and it became impossible to walk through the mud. I went back. It rained harder and harder. I was nowhere that I could remember. And I thought that I had searched the whole place inside and out. I turned around and just for a moment I saw the largest not-human yet. And this one had an orange face and instead of being disintersting. He chilled my bones. he vanished and later when I pressed my way through a wall of dark brnches, I was in my own territory again. I heard a dog barking directly behind me. I turned around sharply and there was nothing. I eventually made it back.
Silver: Tell me anything that gives you reason to believe in her presence and that shes become defensive.

Orange, you say?

This is probably a coincidence, but today I had this immense fascination with the colour orange. Anything orange in my room I brought out into plainer view, I only coloured things differing shades of orange... I painted an orange flower on my wall, etc.

I dont know if all his skin was orange. But his face was. He kind of made an indentation in the scenery. He was really clear one moment and then vague the next. I would've gone over there, but I was strangely scared of him. I feel bad about not getting complete confirmation. But I was afraid that I was enough in his world that he could cut me up.
