Oh sweety!
*hugs tight*
I sympathize... put a hot compress on it and that should help. Nobody likes pain sweet heart, I'd be concerned if you did! ^^
I know exactly what your going through and it sucks.
I hope that you feel better soon... it's never fun to be in that kind of pain because it is not something that you can treat with a band-aid and it will be alright. Take some pain pills too. That should help.
*hugs again*
I hope you feel better! The cold and/or wet can suck for these kind of things, but at least the air isn't cold and wet! That would suck. The snow pulls the moisture out. Now if it rains... that would not be very nice...

Hot compresses doesnt work and my pain killers need to be eaten for a while before they work. like 5 days in advance, hate stupid pills D:< if it worked i would just put a plaster on it >_> still think it should be the universal drug.. ' oh em gee! my husband left me! ' ' here take a plaster!' ' Gosh its like it never happened! ' lol good that i can entertain myself with bad humor atleast ^^;
- hugs - thanks for caring :3

Hmmmmmmm...
Not even liquid gels work? (I don't know if the brands are the same for you). Humor is good!
... and hot compress isn't working... Um... try and keep your leg elevated if you can and do you have any ace bandages? Pressure is good. Try and have something to keep it wrapped tight.
I will try and think of more...

As I said right after that... "I'd be concerned if you did!"
--------------------------------
Here are some more suggestions:
A hot bath, massaging the area, I cannot stress enough on the hot compress because though it may not feel better right away it is actually soothing the joint and tendons and helping them to loosen up.
Pressure, support, and heat are all ways to help without using medications though fast working liquid gels are good over-the-counter things to use. Sadly the things that work best are prescription. I will ask my mom when she gets home if she had any more suggestions. I hate thinking of my poor Zee-zo in any kind of pain! ^^;
Oh and if you do not have a hot compress right on hand then you can put a towel in the dryer and stop it when it is really hot but still kind of damp and use that… but it will cool off real fast… um.. Oh you can also heat a slightly damp wash clothe in the microwave… Um… I don’t really no how else to heat things other then buying them… I usually use these heat pads that my mom made but that doesn’t help you much. ^^;
My mom is at my grandmother’s house for the night so I will talk to her tomorrow… Sorry I’m not being more help!

Why would you be concerned if she was a masochist, tough? Sorry for being kinda off-topic.
