Somehow I managed to pull every muscle in my left arm....
Moving it at all, even this typing, hurts like nine hells. And tonight I get to stock chemical, 50 lb boxes for 8 hours.
AAAAAAAARGH, SOMEONE SAW MY ARM OFF, IT'D BE LESS PAINFUL!

I am quite familliar with such pains, i would suggest that you go to a doctor he maybe can give you some anti inflammatory meds. or get a heat blanket and put it around the arm, or just take a relaxing bath massaging it gently :3

I would suggest lots of rest, and try to stretch it whenever possible. That usually helps ^^

Shippo_no_neko, looks like I owe you a cookie. Hurt like heck when I stretched, but it feels better today.

You should try hitting it. Reverse psychology for your arm.

Yeah, sometimes when I hurt myself, I pound on my wound to punish that part of my body for being in pain. It works surprisingly well most of the time, but I still wouldnt really recomend it.

That is generally considered a very bad idea. Please, kids, do not hurt yourselves more when you are injured. Take gentle care of your injuries and allow them time to heal. The best thing to do is soon after the injury, ice it to bring down the swelling. After the swelling is down keep it warm to allow it to heal itself. Treat the injured area nicely until it is fully healed.
