In other words: How do you draw Munchie Bear? I've tried several times now, and he's never furry enough, smiling wide enough, showing enough teeth, and I can never get his head the right shape and porportion to his body!
Also, if you care to answer: What inspired you to create such a heartless, greedy, and nightmare-causing creature in the shape of a teddy bear?

Mmm, usually I start with his head (well, every character I draw I start with the head, hehe) and then his ears, the body (usually the body and legs are one shape rather than me drawing them seperately) heh, it's hard to decribe the process since I draw so randomly, as people observing me have noted. His head is always about 2 1/2 times the size of his body, and kinda think of a koala's ears when you draw them. I put the only real visibly fuzzy parts on the outer edge of the ears and the top of his head, the rest remains smooth save for his puffy little tail. Perhaps if I can wing it I'll try and draw out the process in steps if you are interested ^_^
And as for how I came up with him? Hehe, I'm not even sure...I just drew a group of characters and he ended up in the background. I think maybe it also had something to do with me looking at some "Care Bears" and thinking "hehe, Scare Bears..." and of course that proabably manifested later as Munchie Bear instead ^_^
At first he was going to be semi-friendly,(and may have joined the main crew as a member) until some kids vandalised an expensive tent that was shading me and the other workers at a summer art job I had and I was inspired to send the giant "innocent" looking teddy-bear monster after kida much like that.
