As the title says, what else is immortal?
I know that Vampires, Alps, Zombies, and Demons are immortal, but what else? Werewolves? Elves? Probably Dragons, but, other than that, I don't know.

Well how immortal are you talking? Like can never be killed or simply will never die of old age. Or maybe they live so long that for all intents and purposes they are imortal.
It probably depends too. Mye and Hex are unique zombies so they might live forever. Some zombies may simply decay untill they are effectively dead, or the magic that sustains them becomes old and warn. Not sure about Werewolves....and I thought Dragons were just long lived.

Yeah, I've always wondered about the age thing. Would asking exactly how old are each of the cabin residents and at what rate do they age be off topic?

I'm talking long life old, not "Haha, stab me in the belly all you want, you'll never get my life or my pizza I ate this morning."
And the Dragon thing I was just using my knowledge of Warcraft in that sense as the Dragons were around since forever, but I'm sure in some legends, Dragons die of old age.

Well most things are immortal until you kill them and there are degrees of imortality.
To add to your list of immortals depending on the settings/myth
Golems, elementals, Angels, elder god types, titans, fates, death itself, spirits, the accursed (EX Dorian Gray), powerful magic users, most undead, most kami, the first ones (From Babylon Five but a common theme in fiction ex Vandal Savage from DC comics), robots, some cyborgs, most androids, some replicants, genetically modified clones, the eternals (Of marvel comics), most things that can resurect (No Jesus jokes please, but examples include resurection man of DC comics or Immortals of Highlander), some aliens usually from very old civilizations, most beings of pure energy or abstract thought (EX Dr. Manhattan of the watchmen), most things the feed off of life force (EX Galactus of Marvel Comics, psychic vampires), some mutants (See horrible story lines marvel comics tries to pretend never happened), most beings outside of time, most souls, & most sentient or quasi magical items (EX; The Witchblade or the One Ring).
That is all I can think of off the top of my head. I hope that helps.

That's a good list...I think that Werewolves may die of old age, since they age. (if slowly)

For werewolves, more specifically perpetual werewolves, Amy has previously stated that Menu is aging much slower than a normal human, so I'm guessing he'll live longer. I don't think he's immortal, though.
My idea of immortal is living very long or forever but can be harmed and therefore killed. So I'm not sure, but that list of EEN's seems pretty much everything.
