Well I'm kinda at the southern tip here in Florida...
I don't really like it here... I grew up in New England and there was always wonderful snowfall every Christmas when growing up...
Yes it is abnormally hot here!

Thanksgiving is coming up soon! ^^
Basically (at least in my family) The whole family gets together and spends the entire day preparing dinner. then we all sit down and... well... eat it! It can be a lot of fun and you get to talk with the rest of you family and such... I really miss it since we haven't been near our family is 5 years now... So yeah it's a little lonely with just us but it's still fun! ^^

Congrats on getting snow, I'm jealous. =P It's a good idea to have ladders to help Santa.
Since I don't know for sure if Sweden uses Fahrenheit or Celsius... 83°F is C:83-32::5:9 51×5=9C 225÷9=C 28°C
Where I am is around 60°F or 15°C
"1,20 meters" Hmm, I just remembered that some countries use commas instead of periods for decimal places... Either way that's somewhere between 3-4 feet. WOW! I've never been anywhere with more than a few inches.
American Christmas' are stressful (before and after). I don't celebrate it, and it's still stressful to me. We have bumper to bumper traffic inside and outside of most stores from November to the end of January. Thanksgivings are fun though, with delicious food, and getting together with family that you might not see often. This year I'll probably be going to NC to have thanksgiving with family on my mother's side, some who I haven't seen in a few years.
