Well as you know Charby has been cruzing for a while trying to get a wiki and while it has a lot of support it is short in one area, no one has done an article on it. webcomicsreview.com/cwn.comicraft.com/Both do articles on web comic, if bug them or write an article for them it might just get Charby into Wikipedia. I would gladly do it myself but as a partner in crime with Amy I'm not allowed as I'm very bias. YOU however can! In short we all know Charby has some awsome fans and this would be something awsome you could do to help charby out. Just a suggestion. So Sayth the Emperor

I thinks he means stuff about CTV, Nick. Like character bios, the story so far etc. I'll be more than happy to write the bit for the Wikipedia, if you like. There's a tiny bit about Zeno in it already. I quotes: Zeno (Demon), a fictional demon from webcomic "Charby the Vampirate". See? Now all we need to do is expand...a lot...
Edit: "An Alp named Tonius "Tony" Zopfius VonHarnier is a main character in the Comic Charby the Vampirate" Hey! I found another one!

You can't write an article on CTV on wikipedia, it has been deleted twice in the last six months and can't be resubmited until next year.
What we can do is try and get an article written on charby in an online magazine so in January when we Charby is up for a wiki again it will meet all the critera for a wiki entry and thus will avoid being deleted again.

I've got a plan. I don't want to take charge, I'm just saying. Well, I say first we spread the popularity with a voting system, like Buzzcomix and/or Top Webcomics. Once Charby starts hitting the top ten list (and it WILL. It wiiiiillllll...) we'll get more fans who are serious. With the popularity boost Charby'll certainly get into an online magazine. Why, it might get requests from KeenSpot. Only a matter of time until one of the best webcomics becomes even more famous, and then Amelius can start thinking about printing.

I know a few sites that we can use to boost CTV's popularity. www.onlinecomics.netIt may work. We'll just have to find out...

Every little bit helps, also one of the best things you can do it just mention Charby is a great comic when someone asks or to put a link to it in your signiture on another forum or something like that is a subtle way to advertise for the comic.

Can't help you on that one, Nick, I'm afraid. I'll be more than happy to write nice things about Charby, though.

Okay I'll see what I can do about a banner then. I'll post it in here once I have something. It should only take a day or two but I'm working a lot of over time this week so you never know.

This looks as good a place as any:
Okay, I'd like to link to Charby from my site, but I can't find any link buttons. Am I just looking in the wrong places, or are there not any anywhere?

Well, it'd just be the HTML, and I know the codes to put it into my own site, no problem.
just your basic "A HREF=" type code is what I'd be using. (Or maybe the BBcode "URL=", if I put it in my forum somewhere.
EDIT: I'll use the one Dundee linked for now. It's a bit bigger than I'd like, but it'll fit. Thanks!

I'm currently using the one linked. It works, so there's no real rush. I'd prefer something around 200 pixels wide, though. 40 pixels is the height of the other banners I'm using.
So yeah, 200 wide by 40 high would be best.

Why have the pre-existing Wikis been deleted? Did someone think it was pointless?

I think the real question is... Does CTV even need a wiki at this point?
I mean all wiki is good for is reading up on spoilers and getting up to date without actually going back and reading everything (or playing through in the idea of stealing a friend's save file >.>)
Why would anyone not want to start from the beginning of a comic?

I always start at the beginning of a comic, even if it's long. How else do you get the whole story, y'know?
