As I recall, Kavonn is meant to be in the scotodino dimension, he's just been delayed, but there are scotodino in Kellwood too (One of the early comics Menu tries to mooch off one, and Zeno doesn't mention anything about dimensions in his history.) In fact, there may not be any left in their dimension, Amy hasn't told us much about what Cecil got up to.

Well, given that there's so little about the truth of the circumstances revealed, the possibilities are extremely numerous. I've got a few good theories, but they're not fully developed, so I can't exactly write them down. That, plus they really belong in a speculation thread. As for the Scottodino living in another dimension, it's not entirely impossible that some do. They apparently originate from another dimension, but now live here. Are all the Scottodino now earthly, or are some still left in their homeland? Did they in fact originate in a different dimension, or is their "homeland" not truly theirs? Given that the elites are more than just vampires, perhaps the Scottodino and elites are actually related in some way. They both have horns and wings, although the feathery wings are another point of discussion. And, of course, the eyes. Like I said, I have theories, but... there's just so much we don't know... So much more plot I must read.
The Fiendish Glee mascot would, undoubtedly, be a demon of some kind with one of those classic spiral smiles.
