Yes, the first every NIGHT SCHOOL RPG thread. I'm going to GMing it so feel free to join with your own student character. This is going to be more about jokes, fun and dialog then epic quests but don't think that doesn't mean their won't be story, villians, & adventure just that they might be a little bit silly.
If anyone is interested post your character in here and when we get enough I'll start the RP thread.

Hmmm... Might I be able to use Ashton? Or would he be too young?

I don't know who Ashton is so you'll have to link me or repost here. I doubt he would be too young as NS is a conjoined class due to the low number of students who come at night.

Ack! I'm sorry, I've been a bit scatterbrained lately. ^^;;
Name:Ashton. He doesn't have a last name yet...
Race:Half dragon, half human
Age:10 years old.
Appearence: Ashton has pale skin, shoulder lentgh black hair that always partially covers eyes that appear to wise for his age. Green eyes with black, cat-like pupils, two horns on his head, green dragon wings, and a scrawny body. His claws must be clipped back each week, or else they become brittle, and he has a scar going diagonally across his chest. He wears a too big, bloodstained shirt, pants, and cloth shoes that he made himself.
History: AShton lived happily with his mother, Princess Serena, and his father, the green dragon Thorn, until he was five. Then, the knight his mother was supposed to marry found them and, mistaking Serena as Thorn in disguise, killed her. ashton, having witnessed everything, attacked the knight. He was cut across the chest, but managed to kill the knight anyway (although he does not remember how. He blacked out while lungeing for him after being cut and regained his consciousness after Thorn came home). after burying serena, Thorn and his son left the realm, and flew here. Now, ashton has gotten seperated from his father, and seeks his whereabouts, or somewhere where he won't be bothered.
Personality: Ashton is friendly, but shy. Having never really encountered humans before, he has no idea that he is a half breed, and has no idea that this might make some people dislike, or even dispise him. He sometimes suffers from nightmares, and his haunting stare may make some peole uncomfortable.
abilities: Dragon strength, fly, and slight plant control(from his dragon side. Thorn could control forests. Ashton can control 2 or 3 plants at a time,) and can "hear" what plants say(like, if someone was sneaking up on him, the plants would "tell" him as long as he rememdered to keep his mind open for them...).
There ya go. Sorry. ^^;;

Oh! Oh! I wanna play! I wanna play Damon! If people come say they haven't heard of him, I shall cry quietly in my corner until someone brings me hot chocolate with marshmallows. It's ok if I can't play him, though, he's probably got some kind of clone or twin running around already. For conveniance's sake, if people haven't bothered with my fanfiction, *WEEP*, he's the illogical child of Mye and Zeno. I still, to this day, have no idea how he can physically exist, but there you go. If he's rejected, I could always cut a few years off of Chantre, my hyper wee elemental changeling girl, the sweet heart. Egad, Chantre as a 7 year old... Woops, fergot to put in descriptions. ^.^; Name: Damon Race: Zombie/Human/Scotodino -..^ Wuzzup with that, man? Age:... Uh... Hold on a mo, I'm not quite sure. Appearance: His face features large, heavily lidded, curious eyes, and long, thick black hair. It's been cut-rather sloppily-since he escaped from the Demons' Kingdom. He has the stature(height) of a child between 10 and 8, with white-pale slim limbs and a measured, stealthy gait. He's often seen in a dark blue sweater about 4 sizes too big, and calico shorts, with bare feet. History: See fanfictions in signature. Long stories short, he was recently discovered as Lord Zeno's son just before the Lord was murdered, and has been most recently seen living at the gang's cabin. Personality: Unusually outgoing for a boy with a troubled past, Damon enjoys extracting knowledge wherever he can, but will stop to pay attention to the next person who bugs him for it. He has a rather complicated complex about fatherly figures. He idolizes Tony, and doesn't know what to think about his mother. Powers: Absolutely, totally none. Well, he's a little immortal from his mother's side, has a high tolerance for pain and can be rather stubborn from his demonic blood, but that's pretty much it. Name: Chantre Race: Changeling (My definition for changeling: a fae babe who's been put into a mortal household in the stead of a human babe.) Age: Whatever's conveniant, I suppose. Appearance: Chantre's eyes are large, and kind of triange shaped, with dilated pupils and no iris. She has long, slender, pointed ears that poke out of her smoky pink, long, and rather tangled hair, and the beret that sits on top is made of hot pink wool. She constantly wears a pale pink silk button-up shirt with billowy sleeves, and has a very long, dark green gypsy skirt that cover her huge, clunky, black boots. History: Chantre's mortal parents, as soon as they'd found a Fae child in their crib, sent her away to live with the village magician. So she and the old man lived quite content, her new adopted father teaching her everything he knew, from cooking the best stew in the village to crossing dimensions. She grew up a cheerful, happy, though undisciplined child, until the day she found her father dead, next to a note of suicide. Since then, she's traveled from place to place looking for someone to take her in, until finally the school stole her away before she could accidentally give knowledge the mortals of the nearby city weren't supposed to know. Personality: To sum up in one word, HYPER. To describe it in many, Chantre is outgoing, friendly, unpredictable, happy-go-lucky, adorable, loathes to be underestimated, rash, undisciplined, slow to anger and quick to cackle hysterically, and immensely dangerous. She never shows this aspect but to people who threaten her and her own. Wolfchild may remember her own experience with this. Abilities: Very, very many, though she has no idea how to use most of them. She can control several basic elements such as water and fire to a limited extent, but doesn't dare use the knowledge about crossing dimensions for fear of losing herself. And just for the fun of it, I'll draw a picture of the two. Dang. Chantre turned out awful. Not childish or hyper or any of her character at all. Damon, on the other hand... *clings to drawing like lamprey* Mine own little mysterious sweater boy...

I'm not quite understanding this. Do we make up our own people or do we use one of the characters alreday in the comic?

The idea is to a make an original student for the NS:RPG. Since not much is known about the students from the comics right now it would make it difficult to play with them.

May I join? I'd like to play a character named Kala. Name: Kala Race: Lion Girl Age: Twelve Appearance: About four foot seven, short blonde hair and tan skin.... Big blue eyes that turn yellow at night or when she's being mischevious. Long poofy tail, every hair in place type of girl. She wears a dark turtleneck shirt with a light colored shirt over it, a pleated skirt that matches her hair clippies, and legwarmers over her bare feet. Personality: A bit of a teachers pet, nice to those she likes, but really mean to those she doesn't. If you get on her bad side, she'll get you in trouble somehow. Once you get to know her, though, you might like her. She always wants to be the best at everything, is competitive, and very manipulative. Powers: Can cry at will, manipulate people, and plot revenge cleverly. Good at academics, good at sports, but not so good at making friends. Here's a picture I did in about fifteen seconds @_@;;; That's her. It's fine if you can't squeeze me into the RP, though ^^;;;

Okay, here I goes. Are minotaurs allowed?
Name: Mooh (basically a tiny piece of his name. TINY. Minotaurs tend to rant about everything they've ever done in their life in their names, so formal events can take several weeks...)
Race: Minotaur
Age: 12
Appearance: Cows head with horns, Body of a man, cloven hooves of a...thing with cloven hooves and eyes like the fires of hell (where he IS kinda from). Wears a dark T-Shirt and a pair of jeans all torn at the bottom. Around 5'9 (Minotaurs ARE pretty big things)
History: Mooh's parents are one of the smarter Minotaurs in his family (smartER, mind) and had decided that their child would need some form of education. Night School seemed like the best choice. Well, so they thought. Mooh is, at 5'9, one of the bigger demons at Night School. Something which he uses to his advantage, preying on the smaller, less popular beings, and the occasional bigger demon-child who annoys him. He's useless in class, though, and you're in for a bad time if you're paired up with him, for Mooh doesn't really see the point in working...
Personality: Dumb and unfriendly is a way of summing our friend Mooh up in one sentence. He's an irritable, stubborn demon who really doesn't have time for anyone but himself. If you seem small and smart, Mooh will probably single you out as a prime target. Of course, with the IQ of a sloth, Mooh CAN misjudge demons, occasionally singling out incredibly strong demons who...well...knock him into the floor.
Abilities: Strength, Bull's Rush (tis all in the horns) and small amount of fire control. Has a 'thing' about battle-axes (though his parents won't let him bring his own to school. I wonder why...)
There, all done! Hope minotaurs are okay, but if not I'll fall back on an old character of mine...

So... Does this mean I get to play Damon?

Well you can but since Zeno and Mye don't exist in the NS universe you'll need to modify the back story to fit the setting.
Any other questions before we get started?
*Goes to start the RP*

Absolupositively. Alternate Character Sheet Name: Damon Affiliation: Trow/Human Age: 14 human years, 10 Trow years Occupation: Mine own little mysterious sweater boy... Weapons: Nothing useful. Well learned in the ways of remaining unseen, ages slowly, with rocky skin. Appearance/Personality: His face features large, heavily lidded, curious eyes, and shortish, thick black hair. He has the stature (height) of a child between 10 and 8, with white-pale slim limbs and a measured, stealthy gait. He's often seen in a dark blue sweater about 4 sizes too big, and calico shorts, with bare feet. Damon enjoys extracting knowledge wherever he can, but will stop to pay attention to the next person who bugs him for it. Bio: Damon’s past is a common history for Trollish creatures; a Trow father caught in the light of day, mother killed by ignorant people. Damon never knew his home country, as his mother and he moved to America in an oil-bearing ship when he had lived in an unknown mountain range in Scandinavia for 3 human years. Sometime on the way as they traveled North America, his mother was caught in an, ‘accident’. It seemed that the people of that particular region didn’t appreciate the more than half crazy woman dragging around her stony-skinned child. And so Damon was left to fend for himself until he was old enough to find a place of his own. Rejecting the mountains his savage father couldn’t live without, the Trollish boy eventually found a place where unnatural creatures of the night were very common; in Kellwood Forest, where now he looks forward to this new school.
