Okay, since the forum has been growing so quickly lately, Amelius and I have decided that a "Rules Sticky" had to be put in place... so... o.o... here I am. Doing just that.
{Mod} Rules:
No posts or links of adult nature. If one of your posts is found to have adult content within it, the post will be DELETED, no exceptions. Try to keep things under PG-13. We do have children reading this forum.
Please don't spam or double post. We understand if the character length of your post is large enough to require two or more posts. If it is mearly adding to what you were saying before, use the "Modify" button. It is permissable to double post in your own art or fiction thread as long as you are updating the thread with art or fiction.
Try to keep the swearing to a minimum, again the PG-13 rule applies.
Be kind to other forum members. Just because you do not share the same opinion does not mean that you can bash them or start a flame war. Try to resolve your differences in a peaceful mannor.
Try to stay on-topic. It's understandable if the topic wavers a little bit...and the moderators will do our best to bring the topic back gently (by posting something on-topic ourselves). However if you want to go completely off-topic (For example: Talking about Volkswagen cars in a relationship topic) please make a new topic.

Am I one of the "children" in question? For I can deal with the PG-13 stuffs. I read webcomics. But, hey... I don't swear or anything, so no fur off my ears!

A good way to do that would be to start another thread, but post the link to the next conversation ^_^ I have no problem with starting new posts!

i think that the person who made these rules has never read a charby comic before, now your wondering why i would say this and my thinking goes as such. charby is a violent murdering vampire and in many of his comics he has killed men, woman and children but you have the nerve to tell us to keep it PG 13............do not anger the puppy

I am deeply insulted. *cries*
Why would I be at this forum if I had not read through all of Charby the Vampirate at least once? (For, infact I have read through all of it at least five times).
Kindly keep in mind that I made the rules post after it gaining Amelius' stamp of aproval. SHE herself had agreed to the PG-13 rule. I would not make a "Rules" topic and post (Which she stickied. I have no power in this section) if it had not first been aproved. I am not trying 'invade' or 'take over'. I just want to help out wherever I can.
So, having the 'nerve' to tell you to keep it PG-13.... This, in fact, comes from Amelius (Who, in case you didn't know... is the author of CTV... I think she might have read it once or twice ^_~ *poking fun*). I am simply the tool used to post it. We -DO- have children reading this board. And thus we need to keep it relatively clean for them.
As for Charby the Vampirate. I can not remember a single instance where we see a swear (There are suggestions of, and bleeped words, but no actual swears.). Nor do we see any nudity or excessive perversion. The only factor that would rate CTV higher than G is it's violence -- which is not above PG-13 on the scale anyways. Yes, we see blood. Yes, we see mild violence and gore... but nothing to rate the comic above PG-13. Keep in mind that Jurassic Park is rated PG-13...and that was a lot more graphicly gorey than CTV is.

yeah I just say pg13 because we don't wanna be stepping on other people's toes or whatnot with certain things. I gotta lock this topic though before it starts another page, though, so we don't miss the rules ^_^
