Just nit-picking... You mentioned, quite early in the webcomic progress that you think of all your characters as little 'clones' of yourself, bits and pieces of your personality. Does this apply to Azaelia? Also, In your comic 'She's Starting a Club', I noted that two little bits of hair at the top of her head were sticking up, resembling horns, and that you mentioned you wanted to make her look evil for that comic. Were the 'horns' intentional? (I do hope I spelled Azaelia right... )

well, most of them are like that but even a few miscreants have a little bit of me in them. (It's Azelea, close enough it's an odd name anyway) Like Azelea, I have a fondness for cute things and I tend to get myself in injurious fixes quite by accident like her too. Sometimes I'm misunderstood like her too and I'm also given to devise evil plans I never carry out ^_^ Her body type is a bit like my own as well though I wouldn't go beyond the fitting room in the outfits she wears. And yes, the devil horns were intentional, as was the fang too. She's always had sharpy fangy teeth but most often we see them when she's yelling or smiling evilly. A lot of times though I had drawn horns quite by accident when I'm drawing an evil smile though.

Yay, I'm funny! Right, so, yeah. This board has outlived it's purpose.
Waittt, I actually have a question about Azelea. Where is she? What happened to her throughout this whole 'Zeno's brain is infected' storyline?

She still likes him. She just thinks that he came to the same realization about taking what you want that she did.

Right now, she's nursing her demon-mosquito related hand injury and is too absorbed in self-pity to care what's going on around her ^_^
She is indeed aware of her other form, which is why if you've noticed her clothes getting more "showy" then the long skirt/sleeves she used to wear all the time. It's her attempt to compete with Mye's "attractive bunny attributes"

If Azelea has solid bones, how can she fly? Erm... probably just magic, but I thought i'd ask.

Indeed! And roughly how fast would her wings have to flap to keep her up? Does she have something like a wishbone? Are her wings likke a butterfly's, in that they are proportionately delicate, and covered in fine powder? If so, what purpose does the powder serve?

Would she be able to redevelope her wings if one of them teared? Does she have any feeling in them? What are they made of?
Sorry... Too many questions?

Azelea uses her magic to hover and her wings to push her forward, much like a fish's fins in water. But her bones are solid, except in her smaller form she is a tad bit more "ethereal" than her large form. Meaning, she's not quite solid when she is small, but she still is solid enough not to be able to pass through matter. It's a rather commen thing for fairys actually. Imagine that she's a bit like cotton candy at that point. Indeed her wings are vovered in small scales like a butterfly but she can grow them back if they get rubbed off (a problem she faces only in her small form) They look delicate but they are actually pretty strong and very flexible, with small bones inside keeping the frames stiff. They do beat pretty rapidly but since she doesn't need them to keep afloat, it's mainly for balance and direction. And yes if they get ripped they hurt, it's kinda like someone ripping your ear open.
As for Fay, she has her own room in the basement and at this point in the storyline she has gone to bed (it's been night for a while) She is a daytime active character, so last we saw of her she was preparing for bed as night approached (the comic where she is grooming Meerse for bedtime and Azelea approaches her about Hexavier) no doubt she will be back to pester either one or both of the zombie twins quite soon.
We haven't done much with LaBelle, K'ale and Sadick because they are asleep during this part, they intend to visit Samrick in the morning, as well as Phineas and Kavonn are setting out that very morning to visit the Marlins. Gabrielle is being held at the elite's base for initiation and training, since she doesn't have a home to return to and she is very young and impressionable. If the vampires got ahold of her it could spell trouble for the elites.

indeed, and she could easily be turned against the elites to ferret out weaknesses and procure magic items in return for candy and toys. Gabrielle could very well be used as a mole if the vampires got her, and to top that they could also use her as a weapon against other demons too. She is still too young to really understand the situation fully.
