Spelt wrong I'm sure.
I like how in #912 (current at the time of writing this) they steal the bike without a second thought. The complete lack of respect for dinner is something I missed from the previous episodes. I really do appreciate the twisted black humour from the early episodes. I hope it hangs around or revisits from time to time.
YOU ARE AWESOME! ;D

ooo, hehehe then you may like what I have coming up soon-ish too *evil cackle* I know, we had a brief respite from the darker humour but it will always come back! In fact I dedicated a lot of thought the other day to how I used to do or say things without a second thought when I joined DD and was basically posting for myself and the 2 friends that led me to the site (the friends i wrote it for preferred to read the hard copies!) but now that I've bristled a few hairs here and there due to what people have mistaken for me being dramatic, I've felt like I've had to hold it back. I mean, I once posted a rant in my author's notes about how I hated riding the bus to school because people stare at you like a piece of meat (and it smells like bologna besides) and the "creative" analogies I used set people to laughing like i intended. I posted similar rants in the recent past and the reaction was "Amy you need to calm down and stop taking everything so serious" :/ I dunno why I come off as "emo misanthrope" when I'm really trying to be "stand-up comedy misanthrope"! I guess i need to post a picture of me pacing with a water bottle in hand? But yes, you should know i loves the dark humour so it will never go away even if it takes brief vacations while I get the story stuff out. I once had a dark comedy story I was going to make, but it kinda fell through with all the other stuff i have going on. I'm thinking it might end up getting absorbed into CTV in some form, because it sort of runs parallel with one of the character's backstory a bit.

Mmm... baby panda flesh... *salivates*
Anyway, I don't think you should hold back, just because some people misinterpret things. I've contemplated quite a bit about it, and I think, however odd it may seem, that I prefer the older pages to the newer pages, primarily because of the more lighthearted, humorous way the comic was. Not that I, in any way, dislike the more serious tone the comic has now. I just think that, as the art and story mature, it's more difficult to pull of something lighthearted, and have it fit in. I am certain this summary of a more complicated thought doesn't properly express itself, but it'll have to do for now.
