I have a question! (If the answer is there and I missed it, I'm very sorry- I do that occasionally, but I made sure to look extra hard.)
If Mye can get a sense of what someone is feeling through touching or kissing them, then why is it that when Zerlocke was pretending to be Zeno she didn't realize who it really was when he kissed her?

Ooo, good, good question! And I have an answer to it, but I don't wanna spoil it for ya *squirms in frustration* it's things like this that make me wanna bust though, I admit. I WANNA SAY IIIIT! T_T But I'm proud of ya, you noticed that and if I'd not gone through my own archives obsessively before I establish things like that I'd have had to chalk it up to bad writing on my part, a continuity error if I'd ever seen one! But since there's a whole arc in the future about this (in fact, I already drew this one like, years ago and it's got that awful old art in it!) I'll just say that it's been taken into consideration, so all I can ask is that ya trust me on this one ^_^ (and seriously, when people point these out it makes me happy because it keeps me on my toes!)

Awesome! I'll take an in-comic explanation, for sure. And on the subject of obsessively going through the archives... heh-heh. This is my second read-through of the comic in less than two weeks, so I may be back with more questions.

Oh do post more questions, I love answering them! If they're spoilery though you know I might give vague answers ^_^ And now that I have a little more caffeine in me, I just realized how I could answer the question in a non-spoiler-y way! Mye sees the things in the past through the subject's eyes as they are their memories (perhaps I need to make this clearer, hehe) so unless the person's memory involves looking at a reflection or someone addressing them by name, she would only assume it's precisely the memory of whomever she's touching, regardless of who they really are. *reigns in spoiler urges again* So if Charby transmorphed into Hexavier and the memory she received was involved a pirate ship or biting a victims's neck, she'd know it wasn't her brother. If she received an image of, I dunno, a bunny hopping around or a lightning storm, she wouldn't be able to determine much from that and would go on thinking it was Hexavier.

just wondering might have been in the comic but i went through it in two weeks (literally all of them from the very first to the very latest). but i was just wondering why is it that Charby is the only elite vampire not to have wings, other than when he is holding the staff of...owsego? not sure thats the correct spelling but if its in the comic my apologies but i have always wondered ;D

Well, I think Amy mentioned at one point that the elites who get turned when they're adults are more likely to gain non-human traits. So, Charby, Rosemary, Claire and others who were turned as children look pretty human other than slight oddities in colouration, while Zerlocke has the wings, and that vampire he just sired has those horns.
