i think it would be great if the people had more bones... looks like Lockheart got to them
and you maybe need to work on the curves that everyone have... they are different type of curves but if you manage the vague body shape and major bones it will influence the clothing.
im sure that your quality will improve with time... just poke your arm when sketching or hips, look in the mirror to see how the shadows fall... that will help, just examine every aspect of the thing you are trying to draw... try to tense each muscle or move each bone, see how it influences the rest of the arm or the leg... focus on it completely. that helps me in drawing anything except hands and feet (which I fail at)
good luck... looking forward to seeing improvement.
and don't beat yourself up about your drawing. if you do you wont improve.

I appreciate your advice but your tips are considerably more high level than I'm capable of actually applying at the moment... if I ever improve enough, I'll read over them agan ad attempt to apply them, but trying to throw good techniques in bad art just.... doesn't work.
