I really like the fact that you spend time to put unique qualities for each eye. With most cartoon artists, eyes generally look the same other than the eye colour.
You also draw hair amazing. I'm not sure why, but I love the way you draw hair.
I'm really quite impressed :3
Something you may want to work on a bit though is the way the Myra's neck connects to her shoulders. I believe her collar bone is a tad too high...

Now that you mention it, I did screw up there, didn't I.. I make mistakes like that from time to time. I'm really only good at drawing faces. :[ edit:  That blue dude from my signature! He doesn't have a name yet. |
