I've gotten carried away with pen crosshatching too... I have one character who has killed pens all by himself. I should find those pics and put them somewhere (not here; this is your spot).

 This is the picture I was talking about (found it today when I was cleaning out mine binder)! Here's the first appearance of the cursed hat since the alp thing. It's the one I'm holding, not the one I'm wearing. It's a tribute to Tony, so I've got his style of clothes on, and a copy of his hat, and a Tony-Plushie! I wish I really had one of those. I still think I look like Freddy Krueger in this.  And this is Hummer. He's a superhero character that's been bumping around in my head for a while. He's pretty cool (try to imagine his hair and wings all iridescent-like). The usual powers for someone who's part hummingbird - super-speed, agility, flight, and super-metabolism ^^; |

It's not just me then? Whew! ^^ I think it's the stripey shirt, and hat myself. That and my expression looks kinda evil.
I was trying to do something with Hummer that was different. I need practice with action and positions that are different than stand-there-like-a-lump.

...Yes. Humming birds are cool. Plus they're very shiney and I get distracted by them. That and I may have a little thing for superspeedsters... (Flash, Impulse, Kid Flash, Quicksilver...)

So, I was drawing that fan-comic today, and in one of my classes the guy who sat next to me noticed. Conv.:
Guy: *pointing to picture of Endorphin that Daybreak drew, which I'm using for reference* That is the most amazing thing I've ever seen you draw.
Me: *sigh* I didn't draw it.
Him: Oh. Then you're pathetic.
Me: ...
So, Daybreak, if you ever feel upset about your drawing talent, 3 people today told me how amazing that picture of Endorphin was.

Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. I didn't mean for it to be this long! I swear! But, I'm done now. In the first one, he's talking to my character "Drac", I use the term "talking" loosly here. Drac is from one of my stories, and her keeps all the records of people staying in the house. The house is like a safe-haven for magical creatures. (The favor he was going to ask for would've been for Endorphin to send in his traveling companions.) The second one is probably later in the same day. That's Yasa, isn't she cute? My idea here was, "How would Endorphin take to a 2-foot tall cat demon?" Now that I've rambled, what do you think? |

YAY! Oh, that's just amazing. You've got his personality down really well =^^=. Uh.... Dorph informs me that desk lamps are actually really zesty, especially if you eat them while they're still plugged in  . Sometimes I just don't want to ask. Yasa looks like the perfect fun-snack size, too... better keep an eye on him if he's staying at that house for any length of time! On another note... one of my characters got fanarted and he is ADORABLE! Woohoo! *does the Snoopy-dance* |

I hoped that I had his personality pretty well. That's just the way he struck me.  It's too bad that he and Drac are doomed to not get along well, although I can't help but plan out a storyline for Endorphin's visit. (Even if it never really happens  ) Another fan-art?  Okay, this is a comic character of mine that hangs around a lot, Kid Six. This is the best picture I have of her, but strangely she absolutely NEVER dresses this way. She's more fond of baggy jeans and sweatshirts. Huh, oh well. I wanted to show off her zebra stripes and tats, so I did ^^ |

Yep, it is. She also has horns, which isn't normal for a female goat, but she's not a real goat. Or a realy goat-zebra hybrid. Or whatever. She's actually a spirit that's been channeled into a physical body! (that's also why her gender's a little weird. She acts a lot like a guy. But spirits actually have no gender, so she got stuck with whatever fit her at the moment she was formed.)
Aw, I won't tell! But she's quick, y'know. She'll probably figure it out!
