Yeah, I wonder why. I will make one depending on how well I do on my Calculus test tomorrow. If anyone wants to be my prereader (the person who I mail my story to in order to get feed back before posting it) please let me know. Also I am open to suggestions.

Time to get back on-topic, folks.
Personally, I have never taken a liking to Zeno. Whiney 'emo' kids tend to irritate me a little bit. But that is just me. Perhaps he has something about him that will come 'shining through' to redeem his 'emo' qualities? Only time (And Amelius) can tell.

Yes Emo people over all kinda irriate me. i think it has something to do with the kids at school calling me emo. *shrugs* I kinda liked the fact that he was really sensitive and tried to everything to get Mye. Real determined he was.

I think Mye loves Zeno because he needs her more than Tony does. It started out as a pity thing, but over time she realized that he was really sweet and kinda romantic. Ina way, he was the first to notice her in a romantic fasion (or she thought).That gal needs lovin' just as much as Zeno does, which is why they've gravitated together. Whether they'll stay together isup to Amelius and destiny. Though I think it's going to remain shakey because frankly, Zeno has a kind of weak charactor. It'snotthat he can't or won't fight for her... heck, he'd blow up a forest full of brains for her, but I don't think he knows how. Such as him going to Tony for suggestions, or the fact that he's so insecure and jealous at times. He's gonna have to take a major chill pill and learn to love himself if he's gonna keep Mye for good.

From now on, this type of thing goes to PM. That was completely off-topic and devoid of meaning to anyone but wildchild and Shippo-chan. Keep private messages to (The aptly acronymed) "PM".

It's funny how nobody likes Zeno but everyone loves Tony... such things come out of wearing a bowler hat. I used to acctually like Zeno a lot. he was one of my favourite characters. So what I really hope is that he'll go back to the nicer, sweeter, innocent Zeno that he used to be

But we do like Zeno! At least, we would if the current story wasn't perpetrating him as a bad guy. Even though we KNOW he's not really the bad guy, recently we've labeled him as one, and as far as I know it's REALLY hard to remove labels(especially the paper kind with the sticky back that can only come off with Goo-b-gone!). All we have to do is wait for a storyline in which he's the hero, and then everyone will be cheering for him instead of Tony. Or, it could just be that Tony's much deeper than Zeno. Meh, I'm no psycologist, but I do know that when in the archives he finds the scythe again, I'll be feeling more sympathetic towards him than I do right now.

Heh, I like Z fine. He's just a little whiney. The one I don't like is that snivelling little rat-master (to borrow Tony's term). For one thing, Tony and Zeno are friends, and before he got the scythe, Zeno was quite admirable at times. The whole nail-in-the-hand bit kind of colored my opinion of him, but I'm getting over that now ^^;

I never disliked him, and I knew (I swear!) from day one that the nail thing was not in his charactor, he's really too gentle for that. But he does have a weakness of characyor that makes him initially unable to stand up for himself, or really deal with things well.I think he has the potential, but someone has to give that boy a kick in the heiny and point him in the right direction.

I like wimpy Zeno because.... There aren't many other characters like him! We'll never be short on anime bad boys, or cute and shy girls, but wimpy little demon boys.... now thats rare!

Well, there was Shinji, who, incidently, had the same birthday as the AntiChrist in The Omen or some other movie(not sure). Perhaps it is no coincidence that the movie sold so well? Or maybe it really was the mysterious Rei Igotnolines Ayanami. Well, in any event, everyone loves an underdog so I'll still root for Zeno Ikari if he'll just do something that can let us see a better side of him. P.S. I had to delete a lot of my fanfic and start over from page 2 because I hated where it was going but I have got some stuff down already that is good and much more is to come now that I know what I want the next pages to look like. I hope to post my first part in about a month or so.

Bleagh! I just saw the most recent strip and I've got to admit that he is getting on my nerves now. I sincerely hope that Amy makes a new strip soon and inserts it in between the pages. I would like to what Zeno looks like on a good day.

Zeno is likely to continue being a jealous and whiney expletive of a character for quite some time, Awakened. That's the way his character is. Personally, I don't think Zeno -has- redeeming features... but then again, I've always thought that Mye would be better off with Tony or Zerlock. At least they would treat her well.

You're probably right. He has had a lot of time and still we don't see anything good from him. In fact, now that I think about it, when have we seen him when he wasn't screwed in the head? Its almost like his entire previous character has been put on hold ever since he started going out with Mye and we haven't even seen much of the real Zeno in a few hundred strips. All we see is Zeno's personality supernaturally ferked in the head with only a couple of exceptions. This smacks of a potential comeback since if Amy was going to make Zeno into a villain or simply lose Mye then she would probably cause it to happen based entirely on his own flaws. Still, Tony is clearly the better man, even compared to Zeno Classic from the earlier pages before his mind got warped by at least two different curses (the scythe and the former master). Zeno would have to make one helluva come back at this point. Maybe he will wind up dying for Mye or something so Mye can have Tony.
Frankly, I would probably like Zeno a lot less if it weren't for the fact that he is cursed right now. He keeps screwing up because he has got so many forces fighting for control of his head and people keep booing him as if he were in his right mind. I can't help but want to stick up for the little guy because how is he supposed to correct mistakes and patterns of behavior that aren't even entirely his? But since his hair doesn't change colors to warn everyone he has gone evil like Charby people keep bashing him. Granted he has self esteem issues, but if it weren't for the fact that he keeps getting jerked around in his own head, screwing up because of it and loathing himself even more for it, who knows whether or not he would have learned to grow beyond it? He may not be a great boyfriend but how can anyone know for sure when he is wrestling with demons that he can't possibly beat and everyone, even the people in the story, seem to blame him for what are only barely his actions? I don't like whiners very much, especially in stories, but I do see some unfairness in the way people (both in and out of the story) view him and so I tend to stick up for Zeno. At least until we get to see what the real Zeno looks like without the multiple possessions telling him to own/kill his girlfriend and see if he can truly make it on his own virtues.

I've always had mixed feelings about Zeno. part of me liked him(up until he got the scythe) but part of me never liked him. He was interesting, and sympathetic, but not really likeable. The more screwed up he got, the less likeable he became. The scythe didn't control him as much as the Rat-Master(that's a good name for him...) did, I think. And it's also been implied that Zeno's been kinda loopy before he had either the scythe nor the Rat-Master in his head. I remind you all that Zeno is frequently medicated....what's creepy is me staring at that page where he's playing the guitar in bed(you know, the one where he's singing angsty lyrics and scaring Mye?) and thinking 'this is him on medication? I shudder as to what he's like without the meds.'...
for the record, I, too, am a Tony-phile. I loved him, and now even more than ever. He fits my ideal formula: man with hat(I'm a big Kavvon fan, too)+ pervy dude(my favorite Inuyasha character? Miroku. Totally)+ hopeless romantic who is devoted to a girl he can't have (I love Zerlocke like I love kittens. I love me some kittens)= Total fangirl love. Zeno does not meet any of this formula. He has a lot of work to do to gain my fandom.
