I have NO idea. I have basic cable, but every once and a while something new shows up. (heh heh... 'shows' like as in TV...? Yes? No? Groan?) The show 'Jacob Two Two' was on something called 'qubo' or something like that, but it dissappeared a while ago, i think. It was something interesting and new for me, so I enjoyed it.

I live in EU so it's very possible I don't have it.

Jacob two-two, the cartoon series and the movie, has been on one of the UK kids cable channels. I'm not sure about the rest of the EU, but odds are, look in a TV guide and you'll find it on some obscure channel. It may be a subscribed channel.
Heck, it may still be on one of them. I dropped my cable bill because of the reruns. That and I just couldn't afford it anymore, so it got pushed to the top of the 'i can do without this' list. Man they whined when I told them I wanted to cancel.

You know what show I miss? Invader Zim. *gets pelted with rotten fruit* Yeah yeah, Jhonen Vasquez and all that, but I did enjoy the show. They're working on a project to see if make new episodes is a possibility(if it'll make money), but I'm skeptic of a revival. I don't think it'll be the same and I believe JV said at one point that he wouldn't return to the team if they ever decided to continue it. We'll see what happens.

Hmm.. I could stomach Zim, but the plot was always a bit... shallow? Ok, it was a kid's show, but even then, for a kid's show the colouring was a bit dark. CTV, but contrast, has a lot more colour. It's a matter of taste I suppose.

I like both, but CTV is... well "unequaled" comes to mind, but it isn't a strong enough word. And yeah, the story was incredibly shallow. Only towards the last few episodes did any recurring plot elements appear.

Didn't have to be deep to be enjoyable. Just goes to show what interesting characters can do, right? I've got a box set of Invader Zim. I love it. It was a different type of cartoon. There were shades of gray that you really don't usually get in the usual kids cartoon, even if it didn't have much of a plot. And it was funny.

I enjoyed it for the bizarreness and utter absurdity. Mostly from Gir.
