Anyone can make pins, they're dull.
((This is an individual view, and while it's true anyone can make pins, you are allowed to ignore the "dull" comment; and is not necessarily the views of College Students Anonymous (CSA) ))

hmm, but pins made of cernit with the chars would be cool ^^ and quite cute, but it is bit hard to make since it must have a bit of skill and i dont think amelius want to mass produce themby herself or simillar

Well, if someone besides myself would go and try to find a place where these are made... Some help would be appreciated.

I'm telling you, pins are not hard to make. If Amy provided the images she wanted to put on them, they could be mass produced cheaply and without any sweat.

I know that they are, but.. do anyone understand what i meant? ( You maybe dont use the word Cernit in english.. hmm.. )

I am certain that 'Cernit' is not a word in any dialect of English I have ever heard. And I'm an English History & Literature student, so I would know.

do not worry Momo, I've been looking also and I truly appreciate the feedback on those sites! I was trying to figure out which place was best, I found a few others (forgot the exact names already though ~_~) well one was spreadshirt, I didn't get to look into it fully yet, basically what I'm sure I'll be looking for in a shirt making place is the ability to print on dark shirts since they have a wider range of colors than white shirts, from what I've seen of all dark-shirt vs white shirt printings. Plus they just fit better on a dark shirt anyway ^_^ Also above that is price, I don't want it to be expensive either so I'm on the lookout for that.
I've looked into plushies a little, I came across a few sites but they seemed more geared toward businesses (with the mention of shipping your product in as LOW as 1200 units? yikes!) and a lot of places charged 200-300 for the prototype to be made...so I'm still looking for somthing to that effect. Probably will be a while until that happens, unless I get my hands on the materiels, time and means to make them myself, hehe (and I could too, sometime I gotta post a better pic of that Munchie bear I made ^_^) As for buttons, I'm still looking for a cheap place there too...ah, Cernit, the polymer clay right? I have some Sculpey, I dunno if they are similar (I'll have to check the package) Hopefully there's just some place out there with a good deal...somewhere! 'Cuz I don't have that much money at the moment to start off with T_T

Everyone: Well, if we could collaborate on an official 'make your own CTV doll' pattern/instruction set, that would be a cool start. Amelius: Thanks for going out and giving me a hand. However, you have enough to deal with as it is, and I'll do most of the research. You shouldn't have to worry about these things.
Keep on rockin' in Midgar, everyone!

I don't know. Maybe you could post a picture of your cute lil' charby doll? Also, if anyone has made CTV dolls, costumes, etc, this would be a good place to post them. Like, if one of you has made 'the Charby shirt', it would be awesome to see. I apologize, for the corniness, but I have a dream. In my beautiful unrealistic vision, I see the entire forum community banding together to create the definitive collection of both company-made and DIY Charby merchandise. I see a group effort made to actually produce this stuff, and make it available for puchase and access to all CTV fans everywhere. I see this generating revenue for both the designers of this Divine Swag, and Amelius. And above all, I see this happening with only the requisite involvement from Amelius, vis a vis copyright, design, etc. It's an unrealistic and childish dream, I know. We probably won't be able to do all the above, I know. But even if we manage to get just one shirt, just one poster, just one pin designed and produced, I will be satisfied. Anything else is just bonus for me. If anyone else shares my dream... We can do it! I beleive we can! Together! *cheesy victory pose*
....Okay, off the soapbox. Thank you for reading my humble postage! *bow*

Wow you should run for president....like I said I'd be glad to help....your speach kinda sounds like Martin Luther Kings's speech..."I have a dream that all CTV dolls will sell for $9.99 plus the price of shipping!!!!"*laughs*

Well the Martin Luther reference was the reason I apologized for the cheesyness. (Thank you Violet! I thought I'd scared everybody off with my overenthusiasm...)

Cool, I could help out by making sculpy clay figures!... As soon as I get 2 tons of black clay. There's a lot of black clay that goes into the Charbyverse.

Well, just sharing your ideas, as you all have been doing, has been very helpful. The fact that this is still garnering attention at all is a good sign~! ^_^

Oh, I got one!! Something with Charby with a bloody mouth picking a shamrock out of his teeth, and a caption that says, "They're magically delicious, but a pain in the neck to swallow those little hats"

That would be cool... I wonder if you could put pipe cleaners in the ragged tails to make them appear to float!

I'm sure We will do something to make them stand up...maybe something that could go in the curly rips to make them bounce up and down when you move so it looks like there floating...something that curls and uncurls...I don't know maybe it's just wishful thinking...

Ummm... Snakes? Or wires with electrical charges? Always have the bottom part be underwater? Puppets? Oh well, I guess they don't really need to float, rags are really cool by themselves.

They wouldn't have to 'float', persay... Just flutter about easily, and not be so long that you trip on them.

Personally, I'd make them so that they'd not be long enough to trip over... They wouldn't have to be trailing across the ground, methinks...
