I was thinking considering how Kavonn has become one of the most enigmatic and secretive characters of CTV, who is 'she'? Is shee Rosemary or someone else?

If it's not Rosemary than who is it?

Excellent digging skills there Odin. I had entirely forgotten about that line. It does raise an interesting question though, who is the person that Kavonn actually cares about. We can rule out Mye, just because I think Charby would've simply called her by name. I also doubt that it's Phinneas's mother, while I think they are good friends I don't think that she's the most important person in his life.
This brings up a new question in my mind. For what reason does Kavonn serve as a spy? It seems odd that a powerful warlock and "creature of neutrality" such as himself would settle as a spy, or even serve anything other than his own self-interest. Perhaps Sammrick is helping him out with some problem on the side in exchange for his loyality. I also don't think that Sammrick is forcing him into anything, as the conversations between the two didn't seem to hold any malice.

I think that Kavonn has transcended a pinacle in which one just feels like subtly influencing events to a specific way in orther to maintain a balance or sorts.

Even Kavonn has admitted that he is no longer the apathetic creature that he once was, but I'm still thinking he does still want things to more or less even out in the end. But you must agree that it is odd for him to be working as a spy, especially when you consider that he used to be in league with the alps prior to Sammrick snatching him away.

And recalling Yiska's words members of the Bureau dont have to take orders from Sammy so that means he was before that in an even higher position and stepped down to spy.

Mystery after mystery surround this Kavonn fellow. What could have possessed him to step down into the position of a spy for the demon king? Not like he's one to be bribed, nor do I think that the idea of political power appeals to him.

My guess is that 'she' is Azelea.

Just kidding.

Kavonn strikes me very much as having a grand design for how he wants things to turn out. I don't think Samrick would be providing an object he needed, per se; I would think it would be more like an oppurtunity, or access to information, or the ability to get close to someone in the house. Samrick isn't directly offering Kavonn anything, in my opinion. Kavonn got (or is getting) what he wants or needs from the job itself. I believe there is something going on with Kavonn that we simply don't know about, and he used the spy job provided by Samrick to get to what he wanted.
